Matt Cranford was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. A UNL Biochemistry graduate and owner of a small pharmaceutical consulting firm, Matt has found the time and resources to reignite his love for the art. He has traveled all over the world, capturing the raw beauty of people and places. His images are an artistic expression of his passion for soul-stirring beauty and his love for traveling and experiencing places far away. From Europe to Asia and here at home, he sits in wait for the light and color to meet in spectacular ways.
"I hope to continually grow as a photographer. Lincoln is a rich community of talented artists and photographers who have encouraged me along the way.I plan to continue shooting as a fine art photographer, but an also interested in the photojournalistic aspect of it. I desire more and more to tell a story with my images. I would consider myself blessed if I could the the story of a person through one image so that it moved others in the same way it moves me."
